That's too bad, but not as bad as it might have been! The new sutures will p
hold your cornea in the position and shape that your ophthalmogist wants.

All the best.

You really have had far more than your fair share of problems! And it must be so frustrating to feel that you're no further forward than when it all began. But as Andrew says, what's now being proposed sounds positive, and I'm sure you'll get there in the end. All the very best, and more in the PM I'm sending you.

Operation is on 15th december. Just made a big mistake of looking at a cornea graft and amniotic membrane graft on youtube.

Fortunately you won't be watching your own! All the very best for 15th - you'll be in all our thoughts.

Yes, all the best from our house too. Youtube is great but maybe not just before surgery :?

Thanks

I am actually more concerned about this one than last time. i think it's because I know what happens and what it is like and I am worried in case I move whilst he is operating and cause him to puncture my eye or something like that.

If you are worried about that, it might be worth asking for some kind of sedative.
Or go and see your GP before hand and get some Beta Blockers to help you chill during etc....
