Back after a break

Postby Eddie S » Tue 24 Nov 2009 6:04 pm

Hi,

Just waving my hand around to say hello. Haven't been on the forum for a while  and before I started posting again thought it polite to say hello.

Lot has been going on since I last posted including losing my job  becoming self employed  getting married :P and generally getting on OK with my KC.

However, been to the hospital today for a trial Kerasoft fitting (I currently wear SoftPerms) and this prompted me to get my bottom off my chair and log back in to the forum.

Hello to everyone who knows me, hope you're all ok and apologies for my silence.

Ed :)

Somebody complimented me on my driving yesterday - they left a note on my windscreen "Parking Fine" which was nice.

Ps. for those that don't know me/history - I have mild KC with a SoftPerm contact lens in my left eye (the only lens that up to know I can tolerate) and intacs (Nov 2007) in my right eye. If anyone has questions about either feel free to ask.

Eddie,

Nice to see you back!

So sorry to read about you being unemployed, but congratulations on getting married!! Wishing you both all the best!

I have a kerasoft lens in my grafted eye, which has been the only lens I have ever been able to tolerate pre and post graft. I haven't tried softperm lenses but hoping that your new lens gives you as much comfort as before.

Ed

Welcome back; to bad about the job, well done on the self-employed status and congratulations on the marriage :D

I hope the kerasoft lens works out okay for you.

Andrew
