My 2nd eldest has it too, they said it is hereditary.
mum to 7. Its a long story lol. cornea graft oct 19 2007.
Son with KC too

Truth is, they do not know. Neither do we. There is some anecdotal support for the theory of hereditary transmission of keratoconus, and there is support also for the theory that it is not to do with heredity. There is even some research data that supports one side of the argument, and some that supports the other.
