Please sponsor my run for the Keratoconus Group

Postby Matt Allgood » Sat 08 Aug 2009 9:19 am

Dear all

I'd be grateful if you could sponsor my second 10K run of the year to raise funds for the Keratoconus Group, on Sunday 13th September at Crystal Palace.

Any amounts that you can spare are welcome. You can donate by:

1. Cheque payable to 'The Keratoconus Group' and post to P O Box 26251, London, W3 9WQ

2. Debit or credit card via Charities Aid Foundation at the following link: http://tinyurl.com/yvvtrb
Simply click 'donate' and follow the on screen instructions. Please include the reference "10K run" in your payment instruction.

Many thanks

Thanks Claire, much appreciated.

I'll try to do a decent time (under 50 minutes would be nice...!).

Hi Matt

I will post a cheque too - and good luck!!

I have applied to take part in the 2010 Edinburgh marathon, how do I go about getting any sponsors giving cash to KC too - do I use your link?

By the way this is my first post on this forum - yippee!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Great to see all these people prepared to run for KC! If you e-mail me at anne@keratoconus-group.org.uk I can send you a KC Group sponsorship form. In the past, we've also sent out sponsorship forms to all our members (Phil, one of our committee members ran 3 times in the London Marathon!) So if you get a place in the Edinburgh marathon, let us know in good time and we could do that again with one of our regular newsletter mailings.
Good luck!
Anne
