Hi Anne
I would love to be able to join you, but we are going to a big "do" in the evening - the thought of having to rush back, (especially as the pesky trains & tube are always up the creek at the weekends) get changed and out again by 6.30 isn't something I can cope with these days! I am getting too old, and it takes me ages to get my war paint on as i can't see what I am doing!

Really sorry you can't make it Pat. I've spoken to Rosemary (who's still having browser problems) and she hopes to be there. Any more?

Many thanks John for putting up a map of the venue (and some great pics!) on the events ticker on the home page. Now you should all be able to find us!

Don't know about the lace gloves, Lou. You might need to bring ear plugs - I've just seen that a brass band will start playing at 3pm. We might need to move somewhere quieter!

Hehehe, loads of poking and John puts links on the home page to this picnic and makes it an announcement as it was getting lost on page two!!! Will just poke him some more so that he can put a link from the forums to the home page! Wish I had the brain to do it myself and I wouldn't have to keep asking!!!!
