Dear all

Please bring your chequebooks and /or cash on 20th June as we will be selling KC Group mugs for £5.00, and also accepting donations.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit or debit cards on the 20th.

Kind regards

Put my cheque book in my bag, so in theory I shouldn't forget where it is, if not I will get some cash out the machine.

Many thanks.

I should add that if you are a UK taxpayer and are making a donation on the 20th, please download, complete and return a Gift Aid declaration to me. This will make your donation to the Group more tax effective.

To download a form, visit the KC Group's homepage, click on 'Donate' and click 'Send us a cheque'.

Hi Chrissy,

Sorry, but yes, you just missed our conference which was on Saturday in Glasgow.

The next one's not scheduled until 2011 :( but Saturday's will be on DVD in the not-too-distant future :)

I'm afraid that I can't comment on crosslinking; but I'm sure others will be able to do so.

All the best,

Welcome to the forum. Like John, Crosslinking came along too late for me; I know that others have more to say about it than I do.

Take a look through the recent strings, there is a lot there about crosslinking, including some recent experiences. By allmeans pitch in with any questions you may have.

All the best

Andrew

Hi Chrissy

I am currently considering CXL (crosslinking) myself and am undertaking internet reseach as to where to have this done at. I have had KC for 10 years or so in left eye but recently diagnosed in my right eye.

If you want to send me a pm i can send you some of my replies from clinics. I have yet to decide on the clinic i am going to use, but am about to book consultations with some of the clinics.

Liz

Hi Chrissy and welcome!
I'm sure you'll get many more replies on the forum. But also, if you e-mail me with your postal address anne@keratoconus-group.org.uk I can send you the DVD of our 2007 conference, which included information about crosslinking, and you'll also be on the mailing list for the DVD of Saturday's conference, plus details of other meetings around the country.
