Just to let you know, I have tried these lenses for the first time today and they were brilliant. The actual lens was very comfatable and it did not attempt to come out at all. They were very fiddly to get in at first but I am sure they will get better with time. The range of the lenses in the set is very good as well because with the normal RGP lenses it was very hard to get my fitting right but with these I am in the middle range. So, even if you have very severe Keratoconus these lenses will be good. I am so pleased to have found a lens that I will be able to wear all day. I was really nervous that I was going to have to have an corneal graft this summer but because of these lenses I don't whoooo!

Hi Jamie,
I've been wearing these lenses for a few months now. Normally I can wear them for about 12 hours, sometimes a bit longer, sometimes a bit less. I do seem to have problems with air bubbles getting under the lenses though when I insert them. How do you get on with inserting them?

yea thease are really comfatable lenes much beter than the rose k and can be worn for just as long 20 hours+ . they are a bit tricky to get in and out at first but you get the hang of it ater a couple of days. thease are the best lens i ever had in and the vission is brill to. i reconmend people to give them a go .

Hello,
I have fit quite a few keratoconic patients with SoClear lenses (that's me on the SoClear website promo video... ). I find that they are either absolutely brilliant for some people, and don't work at all for others, but this can usually be established during initial fitting. What I'm trying to say is, although they don't work for all patients, when they do work they tend to work very well, with wearing times up to 18+hours. I even have one chap with fairly advanced KC who wears his SoClears for his Thai Boxing (which involves being kicked in the head!!) and he has no problems at all, and see's very well.
I have loads of pictures of lenses on eyes but I can't work out how to post them on here! Can anyone help? Would that even be interesting for people to see?! (I think I have a warped idea of what's interesting when it comes to contact lenses...
)

Hi,
I'd be really interested to see pictures of eyes with lenses in! I always wonder what my optom can see when he looks in the microscope so if it's possible to see some images then great!
I currently have a SoClear in my left eye and a Synergeyes in my right as I was struggling with a SoClear in this eye!
