I can see! thanks for all the support

Postby melissa » Mon 15 Dec 2008 10:19 am

10 months after PK graft surgery in my right eye, I have had all the stitches removed and it has settled and I have been fitted with glasses which correct me to 20/20 or 6/6!!!!! i am so happy- I am seeing things i haven't seen for 10 years.

THANKS to all on the message board for your support over the last year.
:D :D :D :D

Thats great Melissa, KC is on the back burner now, I hope you can now hop back in to the life you had before KC entered it, as if it never happened (!)

Best wishes, Pepe

Brilliant news, Melissa! And thank you for all the support and reassurance you've given to others here. I hope you might still 'look in' from time to time!
Very best wishes
Anne

Hi Melissa

It is great to hear a good news story especially when I am at the beginning of the transplant process. It must be amazing to be able to see clearly again :D

All the best

Lucy
