Allergy Advice?

Hi All,
To compound the issues I have with KC IÂ’m allergic to almost everything, I comeback positive to like 30 of 40 tests to some extent or another. Luckily IÂ’m not allergic to grass pollen, but have a massive reaction to trees in general and birch specifically..
Now I use Opticom and take 1 a day (10mg cetirizine dihydrochloride) [TescoÂ’s do a generic thatÂ’s reasonably priced] which seems to be helping.
I have heard from a close friend that a glass of Grapefruit juice each day helped him and also red wine..
Things kicked off real bad yesterday for me and I expect the next 2-4 weeks will be a varying degree of hell more so than normal..
Does anyone have any experience here, tried anything, perhaps alternative that worked… A specialist I see for some ‘lung thing’ (Sarcoidosis [sp]) has managed to convince me that desensitization treatment isn’t something I should consider but doses of Steroids during the worst few weeks may help..
Any help would be appreciated..
