got my new rgp in 2day n the fit is unbelievable, respect to my optom

i was hopin someone could translate my lens details n tell me whether its a common fit or whether mines is pretty radical...

7.30 8.50/10.20 10.00 -6.00

could someone also explain what these numbers mean
