Apart from the normal day to day problems with KC, one area overlooked can be insurance in the form of health/sickness cover.

Once KC or a graft is declared, any claim concerning vision can be excluded by the policy. When you need time off this can mean the difference bewteen financial sink or swim.

So are there any KC friendly insurance companies that anyone can recomend or could this groups committie approach such a company. In return for putting business there way via the group, I would expect them to offer unconditional cover.

I think that there may be a difference between Personal sickness insurance and the sort that many people hve along with their job.

If you do resort to trawling through the market place to find a KC friendly insurer, do let us all know the outcome; but I have found that most policies exclude consequential losses that result from pre-existing conditions.
