Help and or Advise

As a result of recent visit @ Moorfields the consultant saw me felt that the Hydrop would clear at all. They have no put me on the Corneal Graft list and have an appointment for April this is year.

Having read various peoples post of Grafts I feel confident that I will be ok, although I am apprehensive of going into theatre as I have never had to have an operation before.

I am now in the process of informing my work of what will happen and can anyone offer any advice on what I should inform them about. (I.e. length of time off work, what happens when I come back etc)?

Any advise wold be appreciate.
