Hello again,
Its been a while since I was on here last but I really could do with some advice. I`m Breaking in my new lens( A Jumbo hard one) in in my graft eye.Its a long time since I wore any sort of lens in that eye. and I just can`t get used to the pain. also although I am now seeing in, Er well 3D is the only way to discribe it,the vison is not as good as with only with only one lens in?? I have been surviving with a piggyback in my other eye. Maybe I`m just used to that?

Will I get used to this weird feeling? if so in how long? I`m getting very bad headaches.

PS one of my last post was to say that I found out my wife was pregnant on the same day a nasty rejection started, 10 months later graft still hanging on in there and a son (Oliver) is two months old.

PPS can I use hypermellows in my graft eye when i take out my new lens?

PPPS. one of the stitches couldn1t be taken out and is now starting to work its way out of my eye!! I have to wait until it starts irritating and then go to casaulty to get it removed!! has anyone else had this?

hope your all well Denner

Is your jumbo hard lens a scleral? (these are sometimes called 'haptic' lenses)

I incline to the view that headaches are a sign that things are not entirely as they ought to be. In your palce I'd go back and have it checked out.

All the best
