UK Keratoconus Self-Help and Support Association

Has anyone here used these? I've been given a bottle of them to use but I've never heard any reports about them, are there any benefits from them or are they a waste of time ?

I have in front of me the Keratoconus Group News summer 2004 edition. The letters section has a great letter from as couple relating the story of their son and his experiences with various vitamin suplements. I think u ought to read it. If u dont have a copy I'm sure the KC group could supply u with one. I think it makes very interesting reading and it allowed me to convince my daughter to try this strategy even though she hates swallowing pills!!

I forgot to tell you the supplements Jo takes are called Lutein Rx-Eye(a mixture of Vit A, Vit C, Vit E, Riboflavin,Zinc,Selenium,Chromium,Citrus Bioflavonoid,MSM.Lutein,Bilberry,L-Glutahione and Zeaxanthin).She also takes Eyebright(for itchy eyes) and a Vit B complex. I get them all from the NutriCentre by post . These are all free from additives.artificial colours and preservatives.
I think this mixture comes close to the nutrients talked about in the article.
Jo's only been taking them for a couple of months and I think you have to give it about 3 months to kick in so I'll report back in a little while.
Have you tried the I-Caps yet?

No I've been given a bottle but not to sure about them.

I do hold out with other remedies but always like to find some info or feedback about them first
