meibomian cysts

Has anyne experienced these|
I have been experiencing a strange feeling in my left eye which has a GP in it over the past 2-3 weeks. First I thought my KC had progressed but this I couldnt beleive. SO went to see my Opt and he confirmed the meibomian cysts
What is basically happening is that the lump or swelling us pushing on the end of the lens as I vlink........has anyone had any epxerince with one?
Ive been given Anti Biotics and been tld to compress the area with a warm cloth 4-5 times a day.
