Hi John and Anne, that's great news about the next KC Conference being on 18 June 2005. In the mailing about the Conference, will there be information about cheap accommodation near the venue as some of us might have to stay over for a night?
Hope to catch up with you all again on 18 June. SUE

Cheap Accomodation in Central Birmingham
Dear Sue
I know that there is a travelodge on Broad Street (10 mins from venue) if you book early you can sometimes get a room for £25. I haven't stayed in this one but have stayed in other city centre ones which have been fine. Take a look at http://www.travelodge.co.uk
I think that the location will be very easy to get to. If you travel by train and can get to either New Street or Snow Hill station they are minutes away. For anyone considering flying from Scotland etc, there is a direct rail link from Birmingham airport in to New Street Station at least every half hour. A range of budget airlines now fly out of B'ham so take a look at flybe, bmibaby or mytravelile for a good offer.
Hope to see you at the conference
