Conference 2007 - So who's going?

Postby Eddie S » Wed 13 Jun 2007 6:54 am

Hi,

Two and a half weeks to go before the big day, raise your hand if you'll be there!

Ed raises his hand.

Somebody complimented me on my driving yesterday - they left a note on my windscreen "Parking Fine" which was nice.
KC managed with softperm lens in left eye, Intacs (2/11/07) in right eye

Conference 2007 - who's going?

Postby Anne Klepacz » Wed 13 Jun 2007 8:36 am

Apologies to the Northerners and Scots that we're back in London this year (the 2005 conference was in Birmingham). We'll try to head north for 2009!

My hand raised too.

I'm giving up a rather good golf day including a sumptuous meal, but I know it will be well worth it!

I look forward to meeting old and new friends.

I'll be there - like Gareth, I have lots of jobs to do!

And as we're only 5 mins walk from Euston station, we're not that out-of-reach for those from the North!

Becky,

Contact Anne (anne@keratoconus-group.org.uk) and she will book a place for you.

We have them every 2 yeasr and this years is Saturday 30th June.

No need to be shy, we all are at first, but once we find there are others who appreciate the postion we are in, we never stay shy for long.

Your sis seems pushy  bring her along, sure she will speak for you if you still feel shy
Gareth
