Beyond Black Dots

I have made a milestone in my vision. Today while a service technician was here at my home re-wiring some things he left the front door open.......
My vision has gotten good enough that I was able to (rather plainly) see the 3 1/2 Black Rat Snake climb up the single step and enter my house. Further, I found a large towel and tracked him (her?_) down behind the stereo speaker and wrap the problem up, so to speak.
A month ago I probably would not have seen it.......till later when it crossed the bathroom floor or someplace.
See, there is hope!!
Cheers, Piper

That's great Piper although rather shocking.

I'm really glad you could see it and thus catch it.

You are very brave Piper! If that had been me, I would have freaked out and got the technician to deal with it pronto!!!
But glad to hear your vision is improved.

Thanks all......actually I am not brave, but , rather a coward of the worst kind. It was easier to face that snake in the living room than it would have been to face my wife and daughter if the snake had been allowed to stay in!!

I really wish you all were here, or I was there, and we could all sit down to a pint together. you all are the greatest.
Till now my left eye, latest graft, has been quite comfortable, but today I am having what I can only call stitch pain. Nothing major, just a little bit of discomfort.
Cheers, Piper

Piper,
If the stitch pain continues, then I'd get it checked out. It may be a loose stitch, and I understand that they can become VERY uncomfortable if left alone.

Yes I know all about that having had quite a few loose stitches! The first one I didn't notice but after that it really hurt!!!
Hoping that it settles down soon or you go and get it checked out.

Happy deliverance!
By the way, I agree with the others, don't put up with a pain: it may be telling you that it is time to have something done.
