for my graft that is :lol: ah ya all thought ya was gonna get some juicy gossip then daint ya\ :lol:

october 19th. right eye
also he said eyes that bad they may as well do the left, month or so after.

he reg me as BLIND too.
so a gud day as far as going forward is concerned.
mum to 7. Its a long story lol. cornea graft oct 19 2007.

My kids don't know whats hit them now i can see better :lol:

I am delighted on both counts. The date gives you something to work towards, the registration means that you automatically now qualify for a whole variety of assistance.

Do not expect that your registration will become redundant immediately following your surgery. there is a long recovery from eye surgery, but at least you have the prospect of recovering sight.

In the end you have the prspect of very good sight indeed: in my own case, I think I now see better than I ever could, even as a child.
