Corneal Transplant Number Two : DALK

Postby jayuk » Tue 17 Apr 2007 5:28 pm

Well, the times come for my second (C3R'd) eye to be grafted via a DALK.

All set for next week!

Just hope it goes as well as my first one has!!

Emma : Thanks!

GarethB : Yeh I hope so. Just dont like Anesthetics! Ill see if I can beat 4 this time before I was out! :-)

Dipesh : Yes. Already have my schedule . Ill post it up next Wednesday at which time I should have had the Op and be home and dry!

Anne : Thanks! I just read your last post! Things looking good I see :-)

Im going to keep everything the same as the first to be honest. Although Im hoping that Ill only need to be out the gym for 4-6 weeks this time. But lets see.

All the best Jay,

Hope it does go as well as the first, but remember to take things easy. As my graft went much easier than I had imagined I've found that overdoing things is an easy trap to fall into.

Hey there!!

I take it that you are going with Daya again? Did you get a full graft the first time? Sorry but I can't quite remember now it has been so long!!!

Hoping that everything goes well for you! Best of luck!!
