the scar that is on my cornea has only 2 or 3 blood vessels attached to it unlike my right eye which has to many to have a new cornea replacement on that one, also my doctor says that because i had that one done when i was 3, my eye didn't have enough years ( apprently 10 years) to build proper strenght in it, if i was to have a graft on my right eye now i still wouldn't see properly out of it. i guess i'm having just the normal graft as i'm booked in at 11.30am and have been told that if all goes well i will be allowed home in the afternoon.evening. i have an appointment in a couple of months for asking questions etc.

All the best

I always write down the questions I want to ask, and I make sure that I have asked them all before I leave the consulting room!

Take care

Andrew
