My hayfever started this week, last year honey eaten daily helped me loads. It has got to local honey though, I get mine from the local farmers market.
I am usually very ill with hayfever but last year it was managable.

Oh well, it looks like the pollen count will rise in Scotland soon. I think we are about two weeks behind the south of England.
