Hi Elizabeth,

If I've over done the lens wear then yes I feel tierd and if I use a computer for too long without regular breaks (same goes for reading abook) with or without lenses then I start to feel tierd.

I just take very short breaks quite regularly, far more beneficial than one big break once tierdness sets in.

Yes, and like Gareth I manage the sutuation by taking frequent short breaks.

I used to drink endless cups of industrial strength coffee, but I have grown out of that, now.

i adore an afternoon nap on the sofa when i can , obviously this doesnt go down well at work
i finf natural light less tiring than the various forms of electric light, with tungsten lighting being the most tiring

Yes I am too - it's our brains struggling to cope with translating what we see into something intelligible!

All the time. I never get to see the end of a film

HE HE neither do I always see the begining, and never the end, sometimes the middle. I then think my brain mixes up all the bigginings and the odd middles and then i remember a whole film that in reality does not exist!!

VERY TIRED. A combination of my brain struggling with KC and working too hard I think. Looking forward to some time off next week, for some R&R.

Hi All

I'm knackered 50% KC and 50% 1 1/2 yr old hyper-active child.

I wish i could make it to the start of the film

luv
