hi gavin
dont know if this is useful or not
but i tend to get tired and headaches when the atmosphere is drier.
also when i became lens intolerant last july in my left eye it took my brain a bit of time to adjust to the change in signals and i suffered from constant migraine for about a month

mike
onwards and upwards

Stace,

Limiting computer use helps with tierdness of the eys and drinking plenty of water helps too.

HSE guidleines for computer use is about 30 minutes before taking a brief break.
Gareth
