c3-r in usa

does any one know any dr.'s doing c3-r in usa? i only know dr. wachler in bev hills and he says he's the only one in USA doing it...please post here if you know any other dr's preferably close to southern california area many thanks

I "googled" C3R Southern California and got a number of hits (including your Dr Welcher.

I am afraid that from Scotland, that is about as much as I can think to do. I hope others can be more helpful.
