watery eyes

for those of u who get watery eyes....does anyone get watery eyes that sting (like youve been chopping onions)? have noticed ive been getting it quite a lot esp in my good eye. waters a bit, stings, waters a whole lot more then stops. maybe always had it just more aware of it now as i try hard not to rub.

Um, no, not had the stinging bit but since the weather turned colder mine have both been watering so much that it's become downright annoying and is making the skin at the outer corner of my eyes very sore. :( I don't remember that happening in previous winters.

Could you have an eye infection. Ask your GP to take a look.

There was a time I would get really painful watery eyes. This was before I found KC had come back sow as only wearing glasses.

No oe ever expalined what the cause might have been and it was never an infection.

Still best to get it checked out to be sure.

had a quick lookie on google, its a possibility i could be suffering dry eyes. Heating is always on (it was -6.5 the other morning so its allowed) i've had very little fresh air for the past 3 weeks, and i drink too much fizzy drinks and not enough water...

i'll still make an appointment after xmas. thanks for ur advice

While you wait for the appointment cut out the fizzy drinks and replace them with water. If it is dry eye or dehydration you will notice a marked difference in a few days.

I certainly did.
