This is all for a very good cause and something which will promote our group so i really hope that friends here will buy one!!! It is not expensive!!!

On that note i will give in and buy one at the next social, though i know that my little pink mobile will be lost in there!!!

I have had KC Group phone chair for nearly 2 months and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone constantly losing their phone around the house and to anyone wanting to make a fashion statement . One for the office would be good too!

Of course another very good reason to get one (or more) is to show support for the group as well as the committee and in particular Anne, John etc for all the hard work they do to keep everything up and running for our benefit.

I never lose my phone around the house, it is just that I can never remember where I put it.

My solution: phone the phone and follow the ringtone. The little cradle looks like a good idea.

Ah yes Andrew but what about when the phone is switched off?

That's easy. I panic, run around like a headless chicken. Pick things up, put them down again and then go through the whole pantomime again.

Eventually I find the phone and make a mental note to remember to leave it switched on in future. this goes alongside the mental note to remember where I put it, or even to buy a little phone cradle and then all my good intentions go up in a moment's thoughtlessness and ... well revert to the top!

PS any suggestions for decent mobile phones with easy to see keys and display! I know the RNIB have one but this is probably over the top for my needs and pretty expensive!

Good old fashioned Nokia 6210 only available second hand because my phone is 5 years old but does all the things modern mobiles don't do like make phone calls

Jayuk; you need a hearing aid, when I loose my mobile and it is on silent, the vibrate mode sounds like a muffled fart

The rpoblem I have is that I always forget to charge the darn thing because I barely us it so no amount of phoning it will find a lsot phone with a duff battery.

I use a Nokia 6131. Decent size xcreen and a keypad that lets me see letters as well as numbers.

One little question: when are they going to standardize the numerical keypad?
