Scleral lens Question

Dont know how i managed to see it and dont know how i managed to do it but i noticed a crack in one of my sclerals this morning!!!!! I thought they were indistructable!Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

Yes Sireee.. I had one right in the centre lol....and if memory recalls correctly, it was when it fell from the ledge to the floor........although it was very small...and didnt actually interfer with my vision THAT much...enough for me to use till I saw Ken again....in fact on anotehr occasion I didnt even know I had a crack in the lens till Ken told me after seeing the lens in my eye!

Well I guess you both win the biscuit for being the least fortunate scleral wearers in the country.

Biscuits all round. I had always imagined sclerals must be indestructable.
