I do hope it's good news when you're seen this week and you don't need any more interventions. It's been such a tough time for you. All fingers crossed.

Thanks Anne, today is the first good day, eye open, no excruciating pain, so I'm hoping the front surface erosion might be healing under this bandage lens.

Back surface of DMEK more attached, front surface is v dry but erosion is slowly healing.
Bandage lens replaced, had to get optometry to do it as I'm like a cat at the vet for that lol.
V little vision, 3 big letters a metre away from me, nothing through the pin hole, hoping the previous lamellar macula hole is not still an issue.

bandage lens removed (yay), hopefully it will stay out so long as there's no pain, but if I did I'd have to go back to A&E for another one.
The ulcer has healed, no filaments, a bit of oedema, graft mostly attached but a couple of areas still not but it's not compromising.
There's some vision through the pin hole for the 1st time and the shape of the front surface is not bad. So now its a long period of watch & wait.
I asked about the lamellar macula hole and he said they do nothing unless it became full thickness.
So progress!
