Hi I'm going to use ami-dose vials for when I have flare ups of tendinitis as squeezing saline bottles hurts.
Do you cut off the tops with scissors?

Yes, or a sharp penknife or scalpel! I have often thought the packaging could be better. Other saline vials have snap-off tips which are far better and less likely to lead to contamination - or injury, if you could not see well enough.

Yeah I did think this is a bit nuts having sterile liquid in a vial you can only cut open, surely there's a risk of contamination unless the cutting implement is also sterile!
