I used the Moorfields video consultation and must say it's very good, easy to use (on chrome not firefox on laptop, and tells you what to use). I was worried it would be complicated as I'm not IT savvy but it was very straightforward.
I got through straightaway, Dr rang me and prescription is with my chemist. I recommend it. Infact I wish this was available ongoing for both optometry and ophthalmology it definitely has a role outside pandemic.
It's also good for anyone who struggles to get outside ordinarily.
