Over the past few weeks I've had insane eye twitching just in my right eye (annoyingly, my 'good' eye)

It gets to the point where I feel dizzy and a bit sick it's moving around so much. I've had it many times before but never this bad!

Normal causes... yes I am tired having a 7 month old baby at home, but actually sleeping hasn't been too bad recently.

Will definitely mention to optometrist on next appointment if it's still going, but anything else I can do and does anyone else get this? Wondering if it's actually related to keratoconus at all, though I think probably not.

my eyes twitch a lot n move involuntarily but i have nystagmus as well as KC x

I've gone through phases of twitching but haven't experienced it recently. I do think mine was somewhat stress related.
