RGP's and heat

Anyone else struggling with the heat and lenses?
To be fair I'm having extra heat as I'm living in a building with structural probs so it's even hotter, so much so I've had to buy a wine cooler of under counter fridge size - but no wine! These are hotter than household fridges (2-8 C) at 18 C for saline, lens sols, lubricants and dexamethasone.
However I'm having lubricate at least hourly, reduce wear time but what unerves me is hard it is to remove the lens which feels 'adhered' to the cornea. I flood the eye with hypromellose but it doesn't always loosen it sufficently meaning there's quite a pinch which can hurt after.
