NHS beds going

Moorfields no longer have NHS beds so after surgery no matter what state you're in you go home.
Whereas other hospitals keep you in overnight for the same operation, so clearly this is not a clinical decision it's economic.
The "hostel" has no staff, is not accessible till 9pm and you might be out of day surgery long before then and need to be lying down. Relatives can't stay with you if you need help and you have to be out by 6.30am.
You can't even buy an overnight bed in their private wing. So private patients get the bed NHS do not.
I was in huge amount of pain after my re-graft, I couldn't open the other eye till the following day so left hospital blind.
The pain was so great every bump and pot hole in the road hurt.
This is not good.
