Re-graft failure
Anyone got experience of re-grafts failing or of DMEK for PK rejection?

yup ample experience sadly, which is not what you want to hear x

What treatments did you have for re-graft rejection after hourly drops?

IV had regrafts, patch ups, more drops, tablets,

It's rejecting at descemets membrane/endothelial layer (without stomal tissue), there are 'folds' not sure what that means yet.
I wonder if anyone has had a DMEK for PK endothelial rejection?

At what point is graft rejection unresponsive to topical steroids pronounced as failed?

depends on specialist, as Ivhad conflicting opinions, but have vowed on no futher surgery as have adapted to being blind n its a heck of a lot less stressful and easier to navigate the world, sorry that your experiencing this hell though x

It does feel like our graft failures makes us failures unless we skip around chin up shit x
