SCLERAL NON-DELIVERY

My first pair of scleral lenses to come from Bausch+Lumb arrived with the lenses in the wrong lens case cups - left in right and right in left. My second pair from B+L was ordered the week beginning August 27th - they have not arrived and B+L will only speak to the person who ordered them who, in turn, only visits our local hospital once a fortnight. Is anybody else as fed up with B+L as I am becoming?
