Increased contact lens wear and MGD?

At my last optom consultation it was noticed that the eye with the transplanted cornea and my semi scleral rgp contact lens in the irrigation system was not functioning and the optom diagnosed this -

Also I have noticed that the eye lashes in my transplanted cornea have returned yet the other eye with KC and no transplant still has no eye lashes!
Anyone else experienced this and how have you had it treated?
