Sleep issues, article related

Hello,
I've been having some sleep issues over the last few years (managed to handle them) but these were increased after reading this article:
https://www.reviewofophthalmology.com/a ... -textbooks
Because I wake up too often and I find myself trying to "protect" my eyes from pushing into the pillow and also wondering which position is safe to sleep in (I can't sleep on my back), the result is I can't get back to sleep. I know I might be getting a little paranoid about that but it just doesn't come off my head.
What do you think about the article and the issue involved (if there's any at all)?
