The UK Keratoconus self-help and support association is the UK registered charity that runs amongst other things this forum.

We have set up a simple survey so that we can judge what our members would benefit most from in the future.

If you can spare 5 minutes to fill the survey in, please spare the time, and visit http://www.keratoconus-group.org.uk/survey. You can remain anonymous if you wish.

John, I was whiling away some time over lunch between morning and afternoon clinics and thought I'd have a go at the survey. Unfortunately the security question defeated me. The problem was that I couldn't activate the field to enter the answer to the arithmetical question (that's my story and I am sticking to it: I did not get the answers wrong.)

Seems to be working now - unless it depends what device you're using to access it?

The question about have you been to a meeting only allows one answer - I've been to two in different locations. It may give slightly skewed results if you're looking to measure the value of regional meetings.

Grant,

That's why I put the "Other" option there. You can enter both places in that box.

Still not working on my Safari platform. I tried on Firefox, but no luck there either.

I can see the security question and I can calculate the answer but there seems to be no way to enter the answer.

Later Edit: It's okay, I have found the 'answer field'. The problem I had was that on the Apple MacIntosh that I use, this field is not outlined. I found it by ranging the cursor over the screen until I the arrow turned into a finger. (on my computer the answer field is on the same line as the question. and a little way to the right).

Okay, completed. I couldn't think of any other comments to make at the time but I will do here perhaps if I think of anything! Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback, Andrew; I'll try to make the input box more obvious (it's a shame that it didn't appear at all when I was testing the survey, only once I'd made it "live"!

just started to fill this out: feedback as I go
gender options: um sorry but I am fairly sure you need a box for "other" not just male or female as you are excluding people who dont define their gender within the gender binary (myself included)
