Wow sorry to hear about everything you have to cope with. Fire away if you have any questions about keratoconus or any methods of coping I found more information here than I ever did from the NHS!

Hi AlJoRuB, how frustrating, I do sympathise, I like lego too!
Have you told your eye doctor how important it is for you to be able to do your hobby?
Do you have any glasses or contact lenses?

Re: newly diagnosed :)
Hi thanks for replying, at the moment i am wearing glasses and have a rgp fitting on the 3rd of march, i was supposed to have a appointment in January as i was diagnosed in december but it came to the 17th of Jan and still had no letter phoned up and they said i have now been discharged as had a appointment on the 9th of Jan but i didn't know anything about it had no letter or phone call, and i didn't really speak to my doctor much as at first they didn't know what was wrong so had to have loads of tests and he gave me the results said i has keratoconus and would need contacts and that was it so i don't rely no what to do

Re: newly diagnosed :)
Hopefully the RGP's will get you back to the lego.
I wear an RGP, and other people here do, so please do ask questions, between us we can offer some tips on managing them
