Anyone go to Dr. Brian Wachler Boxer in Cali?

I have done a lot of following up on his work. Has anyone went there? And how was your experience? I know he performs epi on xlinking but I think that's the route I want to go even if it is less effective. Other question I have is if you have very severe KC where you can even see out of a eye is that one even worth getting cross linked? Or what about putting a intac in it. Thanks for any help.
