Haven't heard of Thealoz. Hylo Tears work well for me.

after a few years of trial n error iwth many the only drops my eyes will tolerate are
hylo tears and hylo forte (which reminds me I need to ordre a repeat on the later) x

May09 Diagnosed with KC, March 2010 after a failed transplant it has left me legally blind a long cane user (since 2010) who is blind in a once sighted world
