One of our members, Amy, is being amazingly brave and doing a sky dive to raise funds for the KC Group. She has already successfully nominated us as one of her employer's 'Charities of the Year' and this is her first fundraising event. The big day is 7th June and we're all wishing her the very best of luck and a great experience!
Please support Amy and our charity by going to
http://www.justgiving.com/Amy-Musto where you can read more about her fantastic effort and make a donation.

Less than a week to go until Amy's sky dive! Wishing her all the best of luck, and do support her fundraising if you can.

Well done on beating the target.
Done skydiving previously and it's amazing
but doing it for a great cause is even better!
All the Best!

A huge thank you to Amy whose Sky Dive has now raised over £5000 as her employer has matched the amount she raised herself - an amazing achievement!

what is the group going to spend the raised funds on? or as membership do we get choices of where the charity would like to spend the money raised?

Hi space_cadet
The funds raised will go into the general reserve -- which is there to cover our operating expenses, but if we get enough together to ensure we have a bit of financial security, we could consider setting up special purpose projects or any initiative which members think is a good idea -- any suggestions welcome, please start new thread(s) in Charity Matters.
Cheers
Chris
