KC at work.
I am interested in advice on dealing with KC at work. Positive stories or tips on coaping. I work in an office with a PC

In your plce I'd ask for a work place assessment. There are all sorts of things that your employer can do to make your use of the PC easier on your eyes.
Your employer will not need to ear to cost of these adjustments alone. JobCentre Plus will provide assistance, if your need is great enough.
