No one can tel you what to buy as what works for me I know causes problems for many others.

Systane is the one that works for me.

Others will post what works for them. You will just have to try them and give them time to take effect as most take a week to feel the proper benefits.

You may even have to experiment with the frequency the drops are used and if you need to take lenses out or not. Most are designed to be used with lenses removed, but the lenses can be put straight back in once the drops have been added.

I use hypermelamose and carbomber gel. I use carbomber at night, just before I go to sleep and hypermelamose during the day.

I am a big fan of Systane! Though have recently been converted to using Blink when i have my contacts in as Systane was making everything blurred with my lenses in. It also doesn't really say that it can be used whilst wearing any!

Gareth though is right you need to go out and try some and see what works for you as we are all different.
