Well done Borg
Straight to the chase! Actually I'd like to see a permanent "donations" page on the site, with a credit card payment section. It'd all make things easier. Oh, if possible could it also include a 'gift aid' form?
any chance, John?

Hmmm...
Well, any cheques should be made payable to the "Keratoconus Group", thanks Borg. Please remember to send a gift-aid form in if you've not done so before.
Andrew, there is already a gift-aid form on line, I've not researched the costs to us of allowing donations by credit card (which is quite odd as I work in that industry!). I may make a few enquiries, but I suspect that the costs would be prohibitive.

Yup
I found the gift aid form, but it isn't associated with an on-line payment facility. Actually I'm mnot even sure that it is possible to make on-line donations and submit an on line gift aid form.
Most of us in Scotland just make our donations at meetings through Elizabeth, and those who can have already signed gift aid forms. It would be handy to be able to do all this from the comfort of my study chair.

Using something like paypal would mean that any donations would be charged by them. I know there is a way of selling stuff on EBay and having the monies go to a charity though. So that might be another fund raising method.

Borg, have you seen the picture that Louise posted of herself in full horror Borg mode? It's like your doll's head only not.
Maybe Lou would re-post it.
