Any opticians that deals with keratoconus in Livingston, scotland.
If then where is the nearest place?

Have you looked at our list of KC friendly optometrists? http://www.keratoconus-group.org.uk/optoms/index.php
There isn't anyone listed there in Livingston (though that doesn't mean there isn't one. just that they haven't been in touch with us) so Edinburgh would be the nearest for you. Most of us get our lenses through a hospital eye department as that entitles us to a cheaper NHS rate. The hospital in Edinburgh then sends people who need lenses to Camerons Optometry who specialise in KC.
