I think that a steroid and an antibiotic are fairly standard after a corneal graft; indeed they are pretty standard after any interference with you eye!

Rejection is a possibility, but it is not something that has ever been uppermost in my own mind. If you do have cause for concern get in touch with the hospital (in Glasgow they give us the ward phone number). A rejection episode need not lead to the actual rejection of the grafted tissue.

I wish I could remember what the letters stood for so that I could use the RSVP that John once introduced. I think it was "Redness", "Soreness", "Vision Change" and something beginning with "P" :?
