Thanks for that Loopy Lou - great educational vid.

Totally understand your comment - since being introduced to contact lenses for KC over 20 years ago I can honestly say that most of the information in that vid has never been told to me by the eyecare professionals I have seen.

The internet is a huge resource for self help for KCers.

yes indeed Steven, and each other, we can give each other so many useful tips.
I have to descend into irreverent humour sometimes, it helps.
Like Lens Abuse - I find this really helpful when it's a bad lens day so I hurl verbal abuse at it and sometimes others do it for me by proxy, although it can elicit strange looks when I exit a disabled toilet [more space for lens gear], i.e. 'get in you bas****'
I also threaten it with a hammer..
