My other KC related problem is extremely rare! My grafts were before corneal topogrophy was possible. 16 years after the graft, the old cornea the graft is attached to has had KC progress so pulling the grfats out of place so pretty much back how I was pre-graft. 16 years ago I would need a re-graft but now with modern lens technology I cope fine.

Wow, now I must say it must have been extra difficult suffering with KC then. Even less was known about it and I doubt you had such great support from a forum like this.

Delighted to hear though that you are coping so much better with modern lenses. Stories like yours really makes one appreciate medical advances.
